Singers are scheduled in groups of 4, for a 20-minute screening/lesson time at St. Marks Episcopal Church, where your child has an opportunity to demonstrate pitch, rhythm, range, and interest. It will be like a mini-music lesson, and will be non-threatening and FUN! Please prepare “My Country ‘tis of Thee” in the key of F (use the piano accompaniment above on this page.)
Tuition assistance is available. If your child wants to sing, please do not let cost hold them back. We are blessed with generous donors and grants that help to support our young musicians. Singing is a fantastic musical and life-changing experience, but parents will also need to commit to getting children to rehearsals each week. Attendance is crucial.
Music is an investment for a lifetime!
